The Hennepin West Consortium (HWC) aims to enhance and expand Career & Technical Education (CTE) opportunities for students by aligning secondary and postsecondary programs, fostering partnerships with business and industry, and leveraging Perkins V funding to support high-quality CTE initiatives. HWC is committed to promoting equitable access to career pathways, strengthening workforce development, and ensuring compliance with federal and state CTE policies.

Request for Proposals: Governance Framework Development
The Hennepin West Consortium (HWC) seeks an independent consultant to guide a collaborative process and develop three coordinated governance documents: HWC Bylaws, Governance Policies, and Operating Procedures. Current policies and procedures remain in effect during the project. The consultant will help HWC clarify roles, representation, voting, accountability, decision-making, succession, and the appropriate placement of provisions among the three documents.
